Little star, I see you ran away and hide in the corner, cower

I see you shy away from the centre stage, doubtful

That you do not stand a chance among the big boys, fearful

That your light is only but a dimming glow in fullness, downcast

But you must realise that you were not built to dwell among the big boys, purpose

And you must find the path that you were created for, journey

For it is there that your glory will be in full shine, happy

So when the big boys tease you ignore their pride, stamina

Because there is an earth waiting for your shine to grow and flourish, design

There is another star waiting to belong and feel important, encourage

You need to be the beam and shining example, beacon

And you need to remember that purpose is more important than glory, divine!
